Experience ONLY in FMCG – Foods & Beverages What You’ll Lead: • Group-wide procurement strategy & category management • Sourcing for raw materials, packaging, indirects & capex • Cost optimization, TCO frameworks & spend analytics • Supplier development, negotiations & performance governance • Digital procurement transformation (SAP S/4HANA, automation) • Building a high-performance procurement team across sites. What We’re Looking For: • 12–15 yrs procurement/sourcing experience • 5+ yrs in leadership • Strong commercial negotiation & supplier management background • Data-driven, governance-focused, and cross-functional leadership Why This Role?
