Job Description : SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER FOR BAKERY/BISCUIT NIGERIA 20+ years experience Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing installation, commissioning, and expansion projects for bakery, biscuit production lines. This includes bread, cakes, buns, pastries, rolls, and related bakery and biscuit products. The role requires strong understanding of bakery equipment, utilities, layout engineering, vendor coordination, and food safety standards. Project Planning & Coordination, Equipment Installation & Commissioning, Vendor & Contractor Management, Utilities & Infrastructure, Commissioning & Performance Validation, Project Monitoring & Documentation, Compliance, Safety & Standards . Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations. Implement engineering safety standards in installations and operations. Ensure plant hygiene and sanitary design principles are maintained. Preferred candidate profile : BE/BTech with experience in greenfield projects, brownfield projects, project management, project execution, project delivery, turnkey project solution. Strong technical knowledge of bakery, biscuit manufacturing processes and equipment. Experience in installation & commissioning of bread, cake, buns, or industrial bakery lines. Ability to read mechanical, electrical, utility & process drawings. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. Strong vendor coordination and interpersonal skills. Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
