Job Description : SENIOR EDIBLE NOODLE PROJECT MANAGER NIGERIA 20-25 years experience Responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating the installation, commissioning, and expansion of instant noodle production lines. The role involves end-to-end project execution including equipment layout, utilities, vendor coordination, process validation, and ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Project Planning & Coordination, Equipment Selection & Installation, Vendor & Contractor Management, Commissioning & Validation, Project Monitoring & Control, Compliance & Documentation. Preferred candidate profile : BE/BTech with experience in instant noodles projects, erection and commissioning of plant and machinery, equipment and systems. Strong knowledge of instant noodle production processes. Hands-on experience with food processing machinery and automation systems. Ability to read mechanical, electrical, utility, and process drawings. Strong project planning, execution, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and factory compliance. Vendor management and negotiation skills. Good communication and reporting abilities.
