Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) A leading company in the gold and diamond trading sector is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team in Dubai. Role Highlights: - Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Location: Dubai, UAE - Industry: Gold & Diamond Trading - Experience: Minimum 10 years in finance leadership, preferably within trading, commodities, or precious metals - Availability: Immediate joining (immediate hires will be given priority) Key Responsibilities: - Lead financial strategy, planning, and risk management for the company’s trading operations - Oversee accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management across multiple business units - Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and international reporting standards - Provide strategic advice to the board and senior management on investment and growth opportunities - Develop financial models, forecasts, and performance metrics to support decision-making - Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders - Drive efficiency in financial processes and implement strong internal controls Qualifications: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred - Proven track record of 10+ years in senior finance roles, ideally in trading or commodities - Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate governance, and risk management - Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills - Fluency in English; proficiency in Tagalog or other languages is an advantage
