Job Description : CFO NIGERIA FOR PACKAGING The role oversees finance operations, budgeting, treasury, cost control, reporting, compliance, and supports major operational and investment decisions. - Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting - Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance (IFRS) - Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency - Manage treasury, liquidity, tax, and cash flow - Strengthen procurement and supply chain finance - Lead ERP/finance system improvements and digital initiatives - Build and mentor a high-performing finance team - Support executive and board-level decision-making Desired Skills and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (MBA/MSc a plus) - ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CFA qualification preferred - 15+ years’ financial leadership experience, including 7+ years in senior roles - Strong background in manufacturing, packaging, industrial operations, or FMCG - Deep expertise in cost accounting, supply chain finance, and IFRS - Proven ability to drive financial transformation and lead large teams
