Job Description : DEPUTY CEO NIGERIA FOR 2 AND 3 W Deputy CEO Location: Lagos, Nigeria Role Overview: seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Deputy CEO to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and market expansion for our organization. The ideal candidate is a senior automotive industry leader with strong commercial expertise, proven multi-category experience, and the ability to lead large, cross-functional teams toward transformative results. Functional Responsibilities: • Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and market share strategy. Drive sales, marketing, and channel development across 2W, 3W, and commercial segments. Build and enhance distribution networks, including FMCG-style rural/retail channels. Manage P&L, pricing, profitability, and financial performance. Oversee service, spares, and after-sales operations. Provide cross-functional leadership across Marketing, Sales, Service, Finance, HR, and Operations. Strengthen dealer relationships, partnerships, and industry engagements. Drive organizational growth, capability-building, and strategic initiatives Mentor and lead high-performing teams; ensure succession planning and leadership pipeline development. Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and operational excellence Must Have: a) 18+ years of experience in the Indian automotive industry. Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills. b) Experience with at least three major auto OEM's at GM level or above. c) Engineering graduate from a reputed institute.
