Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the setup, expansion, and modernization of the cement plant. Develop and implement project timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure timely execution of projects within cost and quality parameters. Plant Operations & Infrastructure: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for smooth execution. Manage the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of cement plant machinery. Ensure proper infrastructure development and operational readiness of the plant. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors. Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to align project goals.
