Job Description : MANUFACTURING HEAD BELGIUM Role is open for International candidates a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions, renowned for its innovative products and commitment to quality. Role Overview: The Manufacturing Head will be responsible for the overall management and performance of our manufacturing facility You will lead and inspire a team of professionals to drive operational excellence, optimize production processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Oversee all manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution. Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership and guidance. Collaborate with other departments, such as R&D, sales, and marketing, to ensure smooth product development and launch. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities and competitiveness. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Minimum of 18-25 years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in injection molding, rigid packaging, or flexible packaging. Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve high performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the flexible packaging industry. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards. Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
