Direct management of a number of team managers and responsibility for the optimal functioning of the department’s employees and the means of production while striving to improve and implement the work plan. Responsibility for all relevant operational indicators, norms of behavior, discipline, adherence to budgets, and more. Job Requirements Mechanical engineer. Proven management experience of a production department. Proven experience in the field of plastic injection and molds. Experience in the medical industry is an advantage Ability to use computer management tools. Ability to work under continuous pressure. Good interpersonal relationships.
