Job Description : Head of Finance Transformation and S4 Hana Implementation MALAYSIA seeking a dynamic Head of Finance Transformation and S/4 Hana Implementation to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. * Key role in promoting financial process digital transformation * Leadership position overseeing process owners across APAC * Opportunity to drive standardisation and continual improvement projects What you'll do: As the Head of Finance Transformation and S4 Hana Implementation, your role will be pivotal in driving the digital transformation of financial processes across the region • Provide leadership and supervision to process owners across Asia • Ensure proper operation of processes and resolution of system issues • Drive standardisation of end-to-end processes post SAP HANA implementation • Lead or participate in global project teams for S4HANA implementation • Assist in identifying success measures and improvement opportunities for shared service functions What you bring: As the ideal candidate for the Head of Finance Transformation and S4 Hana Implementation role, you bring over a decade's worth of experience demonstrating global business acumen within a multinational organisation. • Experience with SAP implementation, particularly HANA • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Proven ability to identify and manage continual improvements in accounting operations • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach What sets this company apart: Our client is a leading multinational organisation with a commitment to innovation and excellence.
