Job Description : Chief Executive Officer - F&B Division Job description: - Qatar or UAE experience are highly preferred, and other years even if another country as long as same industry - 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong focus on operational and financial management. - An understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.· - Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. - Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and leading large-scale operations in the F&B sector. - Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. - Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
