Job Description : Chief Finance Officer Industry: Pharmaceuticals Location: Hyderabad CTC: Up to ?1.50 Cr PA We are hiring a dynamic and accomplished Dy. CFO – Finance for a reputed pharmaceutical organisation managing both Formulations and API businesses. This strategic leadership role is exclusively for female candidates aged 50–53 years with extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing finance. Role Overview The Dy. CFO will lead the finance function, drive financial strategy, and ensure robust governance across multi-location operations. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20+ years of progressive experience, strong command over manufacturing finance, treasury, compliance, and financial risk management. The role demands strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to partner with top management to enhance profitability and cash flow. Key Responsibilities Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Oversee end-to-end finance operations across multiple manufacturing sites. Ensure full compliance with IND-AS, GST, Income Tax, and regulatory norms (including USFDA/EU requirements). Manage treasury operations, working capital, and cash flow optimisation. Lead statutory, internal, and external audits. Oversee project financing and capital expenditure planning. Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial risk mitigation. Provide financial insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance teams. Work extensively on ERP-driven environments (SAP preferred). Ideal Candidate Profile CA with 20+ years of experience in manufacturing finance (Pharmaceuticals mandatory). Proven expertise in multi-location financial management and compliance. Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder-management capabilities. High integrity, strategic mindset, and the ability to influence business outcomes.
