The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, ERP implementation expertise, and a proven track record in the retail sector. ???? Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Drive ERP system implementation, integration, and optimization across business units Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision?making Ensure adherence to corporate governance and regulatory requirements Manage treasury, cash flow, and working capital efficiently Mentor and develop finance teams across multiple locations ???? Requirements Chartered Accountant / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience Strong background in retail / FMCG industry Hands?on expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in Africa Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
