FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER KENYA Finance Manager will lead the financial, accounting, and compliance functions of garment export unit in Kenya. The ideal candidate will manage accounts, costing, banking, export finance, taxation, and statutory compliance while supporting management with financial planning and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and MIS. Manage export finance, LC handling, bank negotiations, and forex management. Prepare cost sheets, monitor production costs, and control budgets. Ensure compliance with KRA regulations (VAT, PAYE, WHT, Corporate Tax), NSSF, NHIF. Manage cash flow, working capital, and supplier/customer payments. Implement internal controls and support audits. Coordinate with merchandising, production, logistics, banks, and auditors. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Inter CA / ICWA, CPA / ACCA / MBA Finance or equivalent. 10-15 years experience in finance, preferably in garment manufacturing/export. Strong knowledge of costing, export documentation, and banking. Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
