Job Description : Commercial Manager (QS Background) – Saudi Arabia ???? I’m supporting a major international consultancy in Saudi Arabia who are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong Quantity Surveying background. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the Kingdom’s flagship construction and infrastructure programmes. Key Responsibilities: • Lead commercial & contractual management across major projects • Oversee cost planning, budgeting, value engineering, and reporting • Manage claims, variations, and contract administration • Provide strategic commercial advice to clients • Mentor and lead QS/Commercial teams Requirements: • Degree in Quantity Surveying (RICS is a big plus) • 10–15+ years’ experience in consultancy • Strong commercial & contractual expertise • Major project experience (buildings or infrastructure) • Middle East experience highly preferred
