Lead – International Market

Job Description : Lead – International Market (APAC) We’re looking for an experienced export and international business leader to drive our growth across the Asia Pacific region. Key Focus Areas: • Develop and execute APAC export strategies • Manage end-to-end export operations & compliance • Lead a team of export professionals • Export Documentation • Strengthen client, distributor & channel partner networks • Drive technical sales in Building & Industrial markets What You Bring: • Engineering / PG in International Business (MBA preferred) • 15+ years in export management, incl. team leadership • Strong knowledge of APAC markets, INCOTERMS & export documentation • Excellent leadership, negotiation & communication skills • Willingness to travel internationally
