HR Manager

Job Description : HR Manager – Malta (FMCG) We are working with a fast-growing FMCG company in Malta that’s looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR function and help shape the future of their people strategy. What you’ll do: - Lead and oversee the HR department, managing all aspects of talent growth, employee lifecycle, retention and culture. - Act as the bridge between management, employees and the HR team — driving company values, ensuring effective HR programs and representing the company in collective agreements. - Help grow and develop an already solid HR foundation: shaping strategy, building programs, and driving people initiatives aligned with company goals. What we’re looking for: - Senior-level HR leadership experience, ideally as an HR Manager or equivalent. - Strong track record in HR strategy, program development, team leadership and employee relations. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a relevant degree or Master’s in Human Resources (or equivalent).
