What You’ll Do Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence across service, staffing, product quality, and guest relations Lead, coach, and mentor department leaders and hourly teams, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous development Build strong relationships with guests and maintain a consistent presence on the floor Manage financial performance including labor strategy, inventory, COGS, and profit optimization Implement and uphold SOPs, safety standards, and brand expectations Drive recruitment, training, and retention strategies to reduce turnover and strengthen team performance
