Job Description : Plant Head – HPDC (Casting Division) Location: Bawal Experience: 18+ Years CTC: ?60–65 LPA We are looking for an experienced Plant Head – High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) to lead complete plant operations, productivity, quality, manpower and delivery performance for a high-volume HPDC unit. ???? Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead overall HPDC plant operations: production, quality, maintenance & delivery. 2. Drive OEE, casting quality, cycle time reduction & operational excellence. 3. Oversee die casting machines, melting, tooling, die maintenance & defect control. 4. Lead cost optimization, scrap reduction, budgeting & resource planning. 5. Ensure compliance with IATF/ISO, EHS & statutory norms. 6. Manage large teams; build capability & drive performance culture. 7. Coordinate with NPD, Quality, SCM & leadership teams for smooth operations. ???? Requirements: - B.E./Diploma in Mechanical/Production. - 18+ years of strong HPDC experience (mandatory). - Proven experience managing plant operations & large teams. - Expertise in die casting processes, tooling, melting & defect analysis. - Strong leadership, problem-solving & decision-making skills.
