Job Description : Director – Internal Audit (Insurance) | Riyadh | All Nationalities Welcome We are hiring a senior Internal Audit leader for a top consulting firm in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Insurance domain, consulting (Big 4 mandatory), and GCC market exposure. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Nationality: Open to all Experience: 10–15 Years Compensation: SAR 35,000–42,000/month (? ?7.7–9.25 Lakhs/month) Job Level: Depends on experience (AD / Director) Benefits: Medical + Bonus + Flights + Relocation Interviews: 2–3 Rounds Age Limit: Max 45 Mandatory Requirements (Screen Reject Otherwise) 10+ years experience in the Insurance domain in GCC Must have worked in a Big 4 (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG LG) Strong Internal Audit, Risk & Governance experience Bilingual preferred (Arabic + English) Role Overview Lead Internal Audit & Risk engagements across Insurance and Financial Services portfolios. Own client relationships, ensure governance compliance, and deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities • Manage senior-level Insurance & FS clients; drive portfolio growth • Lead end-to-end project delivery: scope, timelines, quality, budgets • Ensure audit & risk methodology compliance • Oversee deliverables, engagement economics & team utilization • Provide strategic insights & problem-solving on complex client challenges • Publish thought leadership & strengthen market presence • Mentor consulting teams & ensure governance adherence Skills & Qualifications • Strong knowledge of Internal Audit, Risk, governance frameworks • Expertise across Insurance, Asset Management, Banking • Excellent communication, stakeholder management & presentation skills • Degree in Business/Finance; CA, CPA, CIA, CFA preferred
