Job Description : Chief Financial Officer – Uganda, East Africa Are you a seasoned finance leader from the FMCG industry ready to drive high-impact financial transformation? We are looking for candidates with strong FMCG domain expertise and an educational background such as CA Inter, CA, MBA Finance, or CMA. ???? Your Role & Impact: ???? Oversee budgeting, forecasting & strategic financial planning ???? Lead month-end closures, MIS reporting & cash flow management ???? Strengthen AR controls (>60 days), stock aging analysis & liquidation plans ???? Manage treasury operations, debt, banking, capital raising & forex ???? Ensure robust compliance: VAT filings, statutory returns & audits ???? Liaise with banks, insurers, auditors & legal stakeholders ????
