Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (Full Time) Strong expertise in HEMM operations & maintenance Proven track record in improving fleet availability, reducing breakdowns & driving cost efficiency Experience in preventive/predictive maintenance, safety standards, spares management & digital maintenance systems Key Goals: Boost fleet uptime & utilization Reduce equipment downtime by 15–20% Achieve Zero LTI Deliver OPEX/CAPEX savings
