You should have a proven track record in managing regional operations within the oil and gas industry, along with strong negotiation skills to drive business success. Key qualifications include: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field; At least 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector with at least 7 years in senior commercial or business development roles. Expertise in upstream operations as a service provider or oil producer or both. Exceptional analytical skills paired with strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making processes.
