Job Description : RSM NIGERIA FOR SNACK FOODS DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a team of SE's & ASM's sales team members to achieve Targets Open New Towns and appoint Distributors Set Market Coverage activities Implement effective RTM strategies Ensure Availability, Visibility and Range Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals Establish productive and professional relationships with Channel partners Monitor and analyse performance metrics and ensure Team Performance and Territory Growth Implement Market Growth Strategies as planned by the company Willing to travel and relocate to any HQ in Nigeria or as decided by the Management KEY SKILLS Communication Negotiation Relationship Building People Management Team Management Territory Management Organizing Skills Feet on Street approach Should be good at numbers analysis Qualification: Any Graduate from a reputed university. An MBA will be an added qualification Must be good in Excel and PowerPoint presentations Experience requirement Candidates working in FMCG companies Min 10 yrs. experience in Sales, Distribution and Channel Management Presently working in a managerial position and handling a team of SE's / ASM's Candidates having worked in Sales in Nigeria Markets, would be an added experience IMPORTANT NOTE: Selected candidate must be willing to relocate to Nigeria Bachelor status with accommodation , Visa, Annual Leave, Local Conveyance & Air Tickets to & fro will be provided by the company Applications without CV & photo will be rejected
