Job Description : Production Supervisor – CAN Plant (Ajman) ???? Anchor Allied Factory LLC | Arqoob, Ajman, UAE Anchor Allied, a leading manufacturer of adhesives, sealants, aerosols, and specialty chemicals across the Middle East, is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations at our CAN Plant. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily CAN plant production activities • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards • Manage manpower allocation and shift planning • Monitor machine performance & coordinate maintenance • Maintain production reports and ensure target achievement • Drive continuous improvements and minimize downtime ???? Requirements: • 7–10 years’ experience in manufacturing (CAN/Aerosol/FMCG preferred) • Strong knowledge of production processes & machine operations • Ability to lead teams and manage shifts • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
