20 yearsJob Description : EXPORT HEAD EAST AFRICA 15+ years experience Lead overall export strategy and execution for core and beverage portfolios. Develop, appoint, and manage distributors across African markets. Drive sales growth, market penetration, and profitability in assigned regions. Identify and launch business in new export markets and territories. Plan and execute regular overseas market visits for business development and distributor performance review. Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings. Build a high-performing export sales team, if applicable. Maintain MIS, performance dashboards, and management reporting. Preferred candidate profile: Must have extensively travelled and should have network with distributors in various countries (mainly East, Central and West African countries) Should have experience in oils, fats, soaps business, beverage experience would be a plus point Should be aware of export regulations for various countries Should be willing to travel frequently and make market visits
