We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our team in DR Congo, Africa. ???? Key Responsibilities: ? Oversee end-to-end financial operations, reporting & MIS ? Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control ? Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, audits, and statutory regulations ? Manage treasury, working capital & financial risk ? Provide strategic insights to support business growth ? Lead, mentor & develop the finance team ???? What We’re Looking For: ? MBA in Finance ? Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls & compliance ? Expertise in costing, manufacturing finance & ERP (SAP/Oracle) ? Advanced Excel & analytical skills ?
