Job Description : Sales Head – Plastics Division ???? Location : East Africa ???? Plastics | Industrial Manufacturing A leading East African group is seeking a Sales Head to drive nationwide growth for its Plastics portfolio—Water Tanks, Industrial Tanks, HDPE Pipes, Furniture & Household Plastics—with limited oversight on Wire Products & Roofing Sheets. ???? Core Responsibilities Lead national sales strategy for Tanks, HDPE Pipes, Furniture & Household Plastics. Drive institutional & government business: tenders, PPRA, e-procurement. Manage and grow dealer networks & key accounts across Tanzania. Build and lead a high-performing sales team with strong market penetration. Ensure pricing, forecasting, distribution and credit control. Align with production & logistics for smooth supply and timely deliveries. ???? Ideal Profile 8–10 years experience in Plastics sales (Tanks, HDPE Pipes, Furniture, Household). Exposure to Metals sales is an added advantage. Strong experience in institutional sales & tender management. Proven leadership, distribution management & strategic planning skills. Experience in East Africa strongly preferred. ????
