Metals | Steel | Industrial Manufacturing A leading East African industrial group is seeking an exceptional Sales Head to lead its Metals Division—spanning Wire Products, Roofing Sheets & HRC Steel Tubes—and drive nationwide institutional & government business. ???? Key Responsibilities (Core) Lead countrywide sales strategy & deliver revenue targets across all metal product lines. Manage institutional & government sales including tenders, PPRA & e-procurement. Build, coach & drive performance of the national sales team. Expand dealer networks & market penetration across Tanzania. Strengthen key accounts; ensure pricing, forecasting & credit discipline. Align with production, logistics & marketing for smooth supply and brand visibility. ???? Candidate Requirements 8–10 years in metals/steel/industrial manufacturing sales leadership. Strong exposure to East African markets. Proven expertise in institutional sales & tender management. Strong negotiation, team leadership & market strategy skills. ????
