Home Appliances / Consumer Electronics Our client, a leading consumer appliance brand, is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to drive sales, expand distribution, and lead branch operations in West Africa. ---Key Responsibilities--- *Achieve sales targets across open markets, wholesalers, supermarkets & modern retail *Expand dealer/distributor network and identify new business opportunities *Lead and manage branch sales teams, planning weekly/monthly sales activities *Ensure efficient stock, warehouse, and order management *Strengthen dealer & retailer relationships, oversee pricing, listings, visibility & displays *Resolve trade issues and maintain high partner satisfaction *Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports and coordinate closely with HQ *Track competition and recommend strategic market actions ---Candidate Requirements--- *Age: Under 45 years *Experience: 10+ years in West Africa sales; appliance/electronics industry preferred *Strong dealer network and channel connections *Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills *Proficiency in forecasting, territory planning & sales execution *This role offers strong market exposure, leadership responsibility, and growth with a fast-expanding brand.
