CIVIL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Job Description : CIVIL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER TANZANIA leading construction firm in Tanzania. The company is involved in Infrastructure, industrial and oil&Gas projects. For their project with a Australian Mining Company they have an immediate opening for Construction Manager - Civil Project: Greenfield Mining Project for an Australian Client Site Location: In Tanzania. Remote area with a fully-fledged mining camp run by the Australian client. 1. Construction Manager a). Qualifications: - Civil Engineering graduate from reputable institutions - Additional qualifications in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) are preferred b). Experience: - Minimum 20 years in heavy industrial and/or civil engineering projects with high-quality concrete specifications requirement - Experience in greenfield mining projects is an advantage - Proven leadership in managing large, remote-site projects c). Skills: - Strong leadership, project planning and execution capabilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Projects) d). Remuneration: - $4,000/month, tax-free - Free boarding & lodging - Air fares - 12 months contract term with scope for extension
