Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER Location: Tanzania, Mwanza Region a leading beverage company, is seeking a results-driven Regional General Manager to oversee Manufacturing, Sales, and Distribution across the region. The role is responsible for P&L ownership, achieving all performance metrics, and driving operational excellence while building and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver regional sales, market share, revenue, and operating profit targets • Manage production, quality, distribution, and depot operations • Optimize costs, capital expenditure, and operational efficiencies • Lead, mentor, and develop key managers and teams • Ensure compliance, safety, and strong stakeholder relationships Requirements: • Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration II • 15+ years in sales, marketing, or finance in the food/beverage sector • Strong leadership, analytical, and performance management skills Ready to lead growth and operational excellence in Tanzania?
