Country Marketing Head

Job Description : COUNTRY MARKETING HEAD DRC Responsible for markets in DR Congo, monitor & analysis of field force, distributors stock, sales statement and secondary sales tracking region wise and reporting to directors. Planning of marketing strategy for various regions in the country. Interaction with local bureaucrat for company purposes. Management and coordination regional teams and medical reps and report to head office. Establishing incentive schemes for sales teams. Building of reputation of brand amongst medical community and planning marketing campaigns Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing. Knowledge of French language and foreign marketing experience ,especially in Africa is preferred. Candidate must be interested in a long term career in the region.
