20 yearsJob Description : Head of Marketing, Diversified Family Group (Abu Dhabi) Foods | Retail | Grocery | Automotive | Investments | Digital The Group is entering its next phase of accelerated growth across multiple sectors, and we’re hiring a hands-on, data-obsessed, brand-driven Head of Marketing who can build, scale, and transform a portfolio of category-leading brands. This is not a “deck-builder” role nor a high tower strategy talker, we need a leader who can design strategy at 9AM and be on the shop floor, agency review, or analytics dashboard at 1PM. Someone who owns the narrative, modernises the brand architecture, activates performance across channels, and turns marketing into a tangible commercial engine. • Build a unified Group marketing strategy with sector-level customisation across Foods, Grocery, Retail, Auto, Digital, and Investments • Drive full-funnel performance marketing: analytics, attribution, optimisation, category growth • Lead brand transformation and strengthening of core brands across all business lines • Oversee social, digital, content, and reputation management with measurable impact • Establish a modern marketing analytics function: dashboards, insights, predictive analytics • Partner with CEOs/Business Heads to drive traffic, conversion, retention, and customer value • Build internal capability, no passengers, only high-performing marketers • Own agency relationships, budgets, and ROI across all channels • Champion storytelling and position the Group as a regional leader in innovation and experience. The ability to challenge stakeholders without fear. Ideal Profile • 12–18+ years in FMCG, Retail, Grocery, Auto or Multisector environments. • Proven leadership in brand building + performance marketing • Commercially driven with a clear track record of category growth and brand acceleration • Hands-on operator who thrives in high-velocity, family-group environments ...
