Job Description : MARKETING HEAD EAST AFRICA Head of Marketing Location: East Africa Salary: 20 - 30 LPA (Negotiable) Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Leadership Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and product/service adoption. Monitor and optimize marketing performance and ROI across all campaigns. Lead market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategy. Marketing & Brand Management Manage and enhance the companys brand image through creative and data-driven marketing initiatives. Oversee the creation of high-impact content, campaigns, and marketing communications across digital, social, and traditional platforms. Ensure that all marketing activities align with corporate identity and compliance guidelines. Collaboration & Agency Management Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Manage external creative agencies, PR firms, and media partners to ensure campaign quality and effectiveness. Build and retain a high-performing internal marketing team. Performance & Reporting Drive regular reporting of marketing KPIs, campaign outcomes, and market trends to management. Strategize and execute lead generation activities in collaboration with the sales team. Plan and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation. Qualifications & Skills Required Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proven expertise in brand building, strategic marketing, and digital marketing. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinker with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and data-driven decisions. Experience in B2B and B2C marketing across diverse industries is preferred. Knowledge of African markets is an added advantage.
