Job Description : Warehouse & Logistics Manager OMAN Nada Happiness Group – FMCG Division We are seeking a highly experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead large-scale FMCG warehouse operations, fleet management, and compliance across our growing distribution network in Oman. Key Responsibilities: Strategic warehouse operations & capacity planning Leadership & large-team management Inventory control, shrinkage & damage management Transportation & fleet operations Equipment & machinery maintenance Quality, safety & regulatory compliance Production & roastery warehouse oversight (Jafian Division) Reporting & cost control Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field MBA / PG Diploma in Operations or Logistics (preferred) 7–10 years of FMCG warehouse & logistics experience Minimum 3 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of import logistics & customs clearance Proficiency in ERP/WMS & MS Office Excellent communication, analytical & team-leadership skills
