Job Description : GM CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS OMAN Hold complete P&L responsibility for the Cement Additives and Concrete Admixtures business, driving overall sales growth, operational excellence, and sustained profitability. • Strategically expand market presence across domestic and international geographies, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening competitive positioning. • Oversee plant setup, commissioning, product development, and supply chain management for additives and admixtures, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality output. • Develop and nurture strong customer relationships with ready-mix concrete producers, cement manufacturers, and large contracting firms, ensuring long-term business continuity. • Champion quality management systems, R&D partnerships, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and process efficiency. • Formulate annual business plans, budgets, pricing frameworks, and strategies for market share expansion within the construction chemicals domain. • Lead, mentor, and build high-performing technical, commercial, and operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
