Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy, planning, and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure financial health, drive business insights, and support senior management in achieving company goals. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with company objectives. • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and KPIs for decision-making. • Monitor expenditures, optimize cash flow, and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies. • Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Collaborate with departments to assess financial impact of projects and initiatives. ???? Requirements Must-Have: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial management or similar role. • Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices. • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Nice-to-Have: • Master’s degree in finance • ACCA/CMA preferred.
