Job Description : GM HOTEL UGANDA To oversee the entire operations of the Unit/Property and ensure full compliance to the set SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards and communicate them to all staff. Prepare and achieve annual Operating Budget and manage profitability. Required Candidate profile Minimum of 15- 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry out of which 5-7 years of previous experience as a AGM/General Manager position in a Star rated Hotel.
