What you'll do: Establish a clear charter and formal strategy for the Implementation PMO Ensure the successful implementation of products, accelerating customer time to value Proactively monitor project health across the Implementation portfolio Manage the Implementation backlog based on projected bookings to ensure proper resource allocation Serve as an escalation point and support team in building strong customer relationships Optimize delivery through methodologies, playbooks, and best practices Set and drive KPIs to increase project efficiency and resource utilization What you bring: Experience as a transformational leader within an Implementation function Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate internal and external resources effectively Strategic planning and thinking abilities Operational mindset with focus on efficiency and effectiveness Experience managing the health of an implementation project portfolio Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
