Job Description : Logisticd Manager Nigeria , a distributor in the Oil & Gas sector is looking for a Logistics Manager. TASK Ensure all PEF returns are properly processed, analyzed, summarized, & submitted timely to PEF office monthly Monitor & analyze contract performance of haulers Negotiate transportation rates or services. Ensure routine quality control & quality assurance procedures & fuel equipment maintenance checks Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes Monitor fuel stock holding reports for all depot locations Design models for use in evaluating logistics programs or services. Supervise the work of District Logistics Managers, Distribution Supervisors QUALIFICATIONS Degree in the Social Sciences/Mgt Sciences/Arts. A post-graduate degree in Business Admin/Logistics/Supply Chain Mgt/Operations Research/Shipping A professional qualification in Purchasing & Supply or Logistics Management. Min. of 7 years’ experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Has well-rounded experience in haulage mgt in the oil & gas downstream Must have vast experience in govt relations (especially DPR, NIMASA, PPPRA, PPPMC, NNPC, etc.) Must have adequate experience in managing labour relations (especially with NUPENG, PENGASSAN,
