Job Description : The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Soap and Detergent products manufacturing facility in the Philippines. This includes ensuring efficient production, maintaining high- quality standards, optimizing processes, managing the plant's budget, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry background, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of achieving business targets. Preferred candidate profile : Over 15+ yrs of exp in Factory /Plant operations Must have at least 10+ yrs of exp in handling soap or detergent plant operations.
