Job Description : VP HR UAE Keyresponsibilities: · Enhance theorganization’s human resources by planning, implementing,and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies,programs, and practices. · Work with the CEO onmanaging KPI’s and expectations from all departments andemployees and follow up on weekly progress reports · Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementingapplicable human resource requirements, conducting investigations,maintaining records, and representing the organization athearings. · Supports organization staff byestablishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program;counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting andanalyzing exit interviews; and recommendingchanges. · Prepares employees forassignments by establishing and conducting orientation and trainingprograms.
