Job Description : FINANCE HEAD TANZANIA Industry: Telecom / Fintech Experience Required: Senior-level (15+ years), with Africa or emerging market exposureRole Summary: The Head of Finance will lead all financial operations for the mobile money business in Zambia. This includes strategic financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management. The role demands strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive financial performance in a dynamic market.Key Responsibilities: Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes Manage liquidity, working capital, and external financing Oversee internal and external audits Ensure regulatory compliance with Central Bank and tax authorities Partner with business units on pricing and product evaluation Build and lead a high-performing finance team Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field CPA / ACCA / ACA qualification 15+ years of experience, including 8+ in telecom, fintech, or large corporates Proven track record in African or emerging markets Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills 15+ years of experience, including 8+ in telecom, fintech, or large corporates Experience
