Job Description · Handling major key and strategic accounts - International as well as domestic players across food, beverages and Pharma majorly · Responsible for Direct sales via team and slightly for channel partners · Handling revenue size worth 80 Cr approximately alongside a well set up team · Responsible for a large team size of 15 people approx along with P&L Management · Is able to showcase thought process of a global organization in a localized environment · Should be keen to understand - learn, influence and take team along The Successful Applicant · Comes with experience of atleast 20 years · Has taken care of a team size of 15 people atleast in a B2B setup · Has showcased the revenue building with a responsibility of atleast handling 80 Cr · Knows cross functional management and manage the compatibility across teams · Has been associated with B2B setup majorly, i.e. in industrial Automation · Should have handled Direct Sales, Distribution sales and taken care of P&L Management · A true team player and leadership traits for handling a team of experienced professionals What's on Offer · Opportunity to work with a very well reputed market leader MNC at a management level · Team building and handling professionals with 15+ years of experience · Handling a revenue worth 80 Cr along with team · Senior strategic level management role · Exposure of handling both direct as well as distribution sales in a B2B setup
