Job Description : Mall Manager based in Central Africa Experience : 10+ years Language : French (Mandatroy) Key Requirements: • Someone who has managed a shopping mall — meaning they’ve overseen operations, tenant relations, leasing, events, etc. • Ideally, this person should also have a technical background — so they can understand and handle building systems, maintenance, safety, etc. • The role is a dual one: handle both operations/technical aspects and tenant/marketing coordination (though marketing isn’t the top priority) • Emphasizing that operational and technical competence in a mall environment is essential (not general retail experience)
