Job Description : HR MANAGER GHANA HR Manager Age limit: Up to 45 yrs Location: Ghana - West Africa Job Description Must have at least 10 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing company. Must have experience in making the strategic planning, OD Interventions, policies and procedures. Should have experience in payroll management, salary and wages calculations, grievance handling, safety, canteen management, housekeeping and transport management. Specially required for preparing the HR Manual across the companies. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Requirements and skills Proven working experience as HR Manager. People oriented and results driven. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Degree in Human Resources or related field. Company will provide: Visa + Air tickets + Sharing Accommodation + Laundry + Food + Maid + General Medical. Contract Term: 2 Years (it can be renewed with the consent of both the parties.)
