Job Description : General Manager – M&A | Dubai, UAE We are working on a mandate to hire a Group General Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions for a diversified group headquartered in Dubai. Key attributes: 15+ years of experience in M&A / Corporate Development / Investment Banking / PE Strong exposure to end-to-end deal lifecycle – origination, valuation, due diligence, execution, and post-merger integration Proven financial modelling, transaction structuring, and investment committee engagement Ability to partner closely with CXOs, investors, and advisors in a high-stakes environment Location: Dubai, UAE Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (already in UAE or able to join within 15–30 days)
