Job Description : HEAD Renewable Energy Job Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Noida Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Power/Energy (or related); M.E./M.Tech preferred. MBA (International Business / Strategy / Operations / Finance) is a significant plus Generation (Power /thermal / hydro / renewables / Battery Energy Storage etc.), Transmission, and Distribution. Build senior client relationships, scale Experience Range: 20+ yrs., of which overall (preferably latest) 17+ yrs. should be in Power business Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive business growth, lead high-performing teams, and mentor future leaders. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and overall delivery excellence with strong ownership and accountability. Lead multi?disciplinary teams delivering consulting, design & engineering (FEED/detail), grid modernization, substations, protection & control, digital twins/BIM, testing & certification, and asset performance services across capability, ensure safe and compliant delivery, and drive profitable growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic and operational leadership for business/unit growth Own targets related to revenue, profitability, and delivery excellence Lead, mentor, and develop senior and mid-level teams Build strong client relationships and drive long-term partnerships Ensure governance, compliance, and best-in-class execution Support talent development, succession planning, and team capability building Full P&L accountability: revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, utilization, DSO, cash conversion, and working capital. Key Requirements: Proven experience in leadership/management roles Strong mentoring and people development skills Strategic mindset with strong business and commercial acumen Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities ·Strong familiarity with IEC/IEEE standards, grid codes, protection coordination, power system studies (load flow, short?circuit, stability, harmonics), HV / EHV design, and DER / microgrids. Commercial acumen in contracts (EPCM, Lump Sum, T&M, MSAs), risk, bids & proposals.
