Job Description : CFO / Finance Head for the DR Congo, Central Africa ???? Reports To: Managing Director About the Role We are seeking an experienced CFO / Finance Head to lead and manage the financial operations of a diversified group with businesses in Retail, Pharmaceutical Supplies, Construction, and Hospitality. The ideal candidate will ensure financial stability, drive strategic financial direction, and oversee all financial governance across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities ???? Lead and oversee complete financial operations across all group companies ???? Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & accounting strategies ???? Ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting (entity/location-wise) ???? Manage financial risk, cash flow, capital structure & financing ???? Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team ???? Maintain investor relations and present financial performance ???? Lead, mentor, and build a strong finance team ???? Implement process improvements and strong financial controls ???? Support ad hoc initiatives including M&A, ERP enhancements & new projects Required Skills & Qualifications ? 15–20 years of senior-level financial leadership (Retail/Hospitality) ? CA OR Relevant qualification ? Strong understanding of African commercial, tax & regulatory frameworks ? Excellent communication skills with professional English proficiency ?
